Why isn't the app identifying my tree correctly?

For best results, ensure you take clear, well-lit photos of the tree. Focus on distinctive features like leaves, bark, or the overall shape. Avoid blurry images and try to capture the tree from multiple angles if needed.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

To restore your purchase, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Open the app, go to Settings or the subscription page, and tap "Restore Purchases".

Can I use the app offline?

Tree identification requires an internet connection as images are processed by our AI system. However, your identification history is stored locally and can be accessed offline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Tree Identifier > tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data and photos stored on your servers?

No, we do not store your photos or personal data on our servers. Images are processed temporarily for identification and are immediately deleted. All your identification history is stored locally on your device.

What devices are supported?

Tree Identifier requires iOS 17.0 or later and works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with Apple Silicon. It's also compatible with Apple Vision Pro.
